• We initially meet with end-users at your company to determine your exact needs.

• Courseware development is the next step. Depending upon your needs, we offer everything from ground-up customized courseware to the utilization of existing courseware packages. If existing courseware is used, supplemental tips and tricks are developed as an enhancement specifically geared to your business activities.
• Once the training begins, whether it is a single class or an on-going project, follow-up and reporting is critical to success. Every student completes a one page evaluation sheet at the end of each class. Summarized results, comments, and suggestions for continuous improvement are then included in reports at predetermined intervals.

The Tennessee PGA is one of the 41 sections that comprise the Professional Golfer's Association of America. It is one of the largest sections, with over 500 members and apprentices.
